DRIVETRAIN

DRIVETRAIN is an initiative of the Tasmanian Transport Association to provide training and workforce development services and support to our members.  It is an industry-led approach that supports our members to develop their employees and includes access to current and relevant resources, trainers and assessors.  In some cases, this may include training and assessment for occupational and licence outcomes.  For more information, email ed@tta.org.au

DriveTrain’s Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence Training and Assessment Program

DriveTrain’s industry led model includes workplace based supervised practice, training, and assessment, for a heavy vehicle driver licence outcome. This approach is supported by qualified and endorsed trainers and assessors, providing the final competency assessment to the standards and conditions required by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles, using a mandated assessment on documented and approved test routes. This service is available to TTA members, to support heavy vehicle driver licence upgrades for their employees. More information is available in the overview document below.
